PAYMENT - All payments are processed through PayPal. You can choose to pay using your Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit cards or your PayPal account balance if you have a PayPal account established. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase my products as PayPal accepts the credit cards mentioned.

SHIPPING - Once your payment clears, your item(s) will ship Monday to Friday within 3 to 5 business days (or sooner) via Canada Post regular parcel ground service. Shipping does not include a tracking number or insurance. If you would like a different method of shipping or insurance/tracking number, please let me know prior to ordering so I may provide you with a shipping quote.

Please note that I am not responsible for items lost or undelivered. Please ensure that you provide me with the correct shipping address when submitting your order.

In my experience approximate shipping times are as follows (and sometimes longer):

Within Canada: 2 – 10 business days
To USA: 10 – 14 business days

Your package could be delayed for reasons beyond my control once it is shipped.

CUSTOMS AND DUTY - The buyer is responsible for any and all customs and duty charges. As each destination has different policies regarding customs and duties, I am not responsible for any customs or duty charges.

NO REFUNDS AND NO EXCHANGES - If you have any questions about a product, please contact me prior to making your purchase. I hope that you will enjoy your purchase as much as I enjoyed making it. However, if you have any concerns about your purchase after receiving it, please contact me immediately. I do not offer refunds or exchanges due to the one of a kind nature of the handmade creation.
